Fee Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. The Fee Schedule, which forms part of the Service Agreement, is provided for approval and signature of the couple which secures prices. In the case that a ceremony is postponed the agreed Fee Schedule may become null and void.
Lodgement/Booking Fee
A Lodgement/Booking Fee of $200.00 confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The Lodgement/Booking Fee is to be paid at, or within 7 days of your first meeting with me. The balance of the fee is due 14 days prior to your ceremony. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Invoicing
An invoice will be provided for the Lodgement/Booking Fee as well as the balance payable. An email and SMS will be sent to remind you 30 days prior to your ceremony.
Refund Policy
The Lodgement/Booking fee is non-refundable.
Where the fees have been paid in full and you cancel at least 60 days before the ceremony, the fees (less Lodgement/Booking Fee) will be refunded.
Where the fees have been paid in full and you cancel less than 60 days before the ceremony, 50% of the fee (less Lodgement/Booking Fee) will be refunded.
If cancellation is effected by me due to illness or an emergency, a full refund will be provided or your fee will be forwarded to a celebrant who is standing in for me.
If you cancel because you are unhappy with my professional conduct, a full refund may be provided depending on the circumstances.
If you postpone your ceremony the Notice of Intention to Marry is valid for 18 months and your Lodgement/Booking fee will be held over to the new date provided I am available.
