What is a 'legals only' ceremony?

All we need is you two, me, two witnesses and we’re good to go. We can do this anywhere too. At the beach, the pub, your favourite picnic spot, the local coffee joint or your kitchen bench. And if you don’t have witnesses, I’m sure I can find some!
